	Eddie Bare Shepherd since 1991
About Eddie: Eddie was baptized by Eugene Pigg in 1972. Eddie and Linda have lived in Mt. Carmel and have attended the Mt. Carmel Church of Christ since 1980. For 15 years, Eddie worked at Champion Laboratories as manager of Tool Engineering. He is now enjoying retirement. Eddie has been an elder of the Mt. Carmel Church for the past 16 years. He has been active in teaching Bible classes, filling in the pulpit, and has participated in evangelistic campaigns and other various ministries. He especially enjoys home Bible studies with co-workers and people from the community attending services. Eddie and his wife Linda have been married since 1962. They have four children as follows: Lee (and Rose) Bare in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; Melissa (and Rod) Taylor in Greenwood, Indiana; Krista (and Tim) Teel in Benton, Kentucky; and Tania (and Jason) Haley in Nashville, Tennessee. They also have many beloved grandchildren.

About Jim: Jim and his wife Beth have lived in this area and been members of the Mt. Carmel Church of Christ since 1985. Jim is originally from the Jeffersonville, IN area, and was baptized there in 1970. Jim is employed by Duke Energy as a Sub station Maintenance Mechanic. Jim and Beth have been married since 1982 and have two children, Stephen and Lydia, who are both still at home. Jim has been an elder since 2006. He has been active in teaching Bible Classes, occasionally preaching, and directing various activities for the church. He enjoys directing Bible Camp at Camp Wabashi in Terre Haute, IN, for one week every summer.
