Mitchell Covington and his wife Gala joined us in July, 2007.

Mitchell has been in ministry for nearly 30 years and has been blessed to see what may be accomplished when the minister, leadership and members all work together for a common goal, that of building up Christ’s church.

He has served congregations in both the United States and on the mission field of Russia, where he established churches in Moscow and Klen, Russia.  He has been blessed to be able to take the gospel to 1,000’s who were without hope. 

He has a wonderful wife of more than 30 years and three beautiful daughters.  His wife, Gala is a true servant with an enthusiasm and talent that has blessed every work in which they have been associated with.  His daughters: Michelle 25, Melissa 23 Melinda 21 and Angel 19, all love the Lord and have been a tremendous source of blessings and pride. 

In addition to regular Bible classes and pulpit work, Mitchell has done campaign work in four states and two countries, held gospel meetings in ten states and two provinces in Russia, directed Christian camp for four years, and have participated in 1,000’s of baptisms and restorations.

Mitchell's many years of work and experiences have given him a balanced approach to the Lord’s work and a unique ability to relate to all ages and backgrounds.
